Production time depends on the complexity of your custom design and order quantity. Standard custom medals and hardware products typically take 15-20 business days for production after design approval and payment confirmation. Shipping time varies by destination, but we work with reliable logistics partners to ensure timely delivery. Rush orders can be accommodated with expedited production for an additional fee.

We accept multiple payment methods including T/T (Bank Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), and PayPal. For new customers, we typically require a 30% deposit before production begins, with the balance due before shipment. Established customers may qualify for more flexible payment terms. All payment details will be confirmed in your quotation.

Due to the customized nature of our products, returns and refunds are generally not possible once production has begun. Each custom order requires specific tooling and materials that cannot be reused. However, we ensure quality through our strict quality control process and will work with you to resolve any manufacturing defects or quality issues. We recommend reviewing samples before mass production.
